My client are a £1billion T/O construction company and an appetite to grow their Scottish region.

This person will have full P+L ownership and a 3 to 5 year business plan to grow their region in excess of £100million.

Reporting to the Group Managing Director, the key experiences and knowledge this individual will have include:

At least 5 to 10 years Senior Director level knowledge
Currently serving a leadership role in a slightly different speciality and wants to broaden their horizons in a new senior position
Exposure or direct responsibility for Profit & Loss and instrumental in growing a region
Man management of up to 50+ employees across the board and vision of growing head count to in excess of 100, as T/O continues to rise
Candidates from Commercial, Operations, Land, Technical and Development will all be considered, as long as they've right culture that my company servesFor the candidate, circa £200k plus package and up to 40% bonus is what is on offer for the right person.
