Are you an experienced Sheet Metal Worker with a keen eye for detail and a production-focused mindset? We're looking for a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team in Carlisle. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with precision engineering equipment while enjoying excellent pay and benefits.

What You'll Be Doing

Reading and interpreting shop orders and engineering drawings to ensure accuracy.
Setting up and operating press brake machinery to bend, form, shape, or straighten sheet metal.
Using precision measuring tools (callipers, protractors) to check specifications and quality.
Maintaining and cleaning machinery before and after shifts.
Adjusting machine settings for speed, material feed, and cutting paths.
Testing and fine-tuning machine speeds/actions using gauges and hand tools.
Inspecting assembled parts to meet specifications.
Processing shop orders through ERP systems.
Following strict safety guidelines and wearing protective gear.
Reporting issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
What You'll Need

A valid driving licence.
FLT licence (advantageous but not essential).
A strong production-based mindset and attention to detail.
