Salary: £24,000 per annum

As a Technical Customer Support Advisor you will be handling inbound communication via multi-channels from a UK customer base, providing a first class service to customers in relation to their service or account.

Client Details

Our client is a well-established telecommunications provider to a wide UK customer base and they are now looking to expand their team with a Technical Customer Support Advisor in their Hale office.


As a Technical Customer Support Advisor, you will be;

  • Handling inbound communication, via multi-channels
  • Providing guidance and support to customers in relation to their service
  • Trouble shooting customers problems
  • Supporting with any general account queries


To be successful in this role;

  • Have a strong customer focus
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to be empathetic
  • Experience within customer service
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Excellent communications, both verbal and written
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work well within in a team as well as independently
  • Good time management
