About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team in Thurrock. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staffing, stock management, and customer service.

- Drive sales and profitability through effective merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
- Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
