As a Sous Chef you will:

• Support the Exec / Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
• Help create and develop new dishes and menus
• Prepare, cook and present high-quality food within your section
• Assist with ordering and managing stock, while controlling costs
• Lead, train, and mentor junior chefs in the brigade
• Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and health & safety standards

• A strong team player who leads by example and stays calm under pressure
• Great attention to detail and consistently high standards
