The Assistant Brand Manager is responsible for supporting the Brand team on the development, implementation and communication of the operational marketing calendar, including delivery of the main and seasonal brochures, campaigns and marketing materials. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth Food organisation.

The Assistant Brand Manager is responsible for supporting the Brand team on the development, implementation and communication of the operational marketing calendar, including delivery of the main and seasonal brochures, campaigns and marketing materials. The Assistant Brand Manager will play a key part in building supplier relationships, across print, creative and brand marketing, and support creation of partnership market materials.
Importantly, the Assistant Brand Manager will support the analysis of product performance and identify future product opportunities and trends. The successful candidate will manage the marketing budget and be key in ensuring accurate data recording to help analyse performance of the marketing agenda. The Assistant Brand Manager will support the communication plan through agency support, media planning and cost management, as well as assisting on the recording of data to drive effective performance review.
This role is full-time, based near Bath, with some flexibility to work from home.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience in an FMCG/Consumer Marketing role
- Have marketing planning experience
- Have a track record in agency management
- Have strong analytical skills
- Be creative

- Be a self-starter
