Operations Administrator Responsibilities:
- Provide all-round administration support to the Installations and Operations team
- Regularly liaise with customers to enhance the customer experience and simplify the customer journey
- Collaborate with the sales team to successfully process customer orders
- Work with the production department to understand manufacturing timescales and arrange delivery
- Respond to customer queries following the sale
- Maintain an accurate CRM system by updating customer account information
- Generate sales and delivery documents to be sent to customers following the installation
- Gather customer feedback to pass to the management team to improve services
Operations Administrator Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrable experience gained as an Administrator within a similar role
- Customer-focused with experience of conversing with and supporting customers
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask to meet deadlines
- Keen attention to detail, able to work to a high standard and with accuracy
- Good IT skills with particular proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce experience would be a distinct advantage
