Key Responsibilities:

* Perform both scheduled and reactive maintenance on electrical systems across various commercial settings, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarm systems, and emergency lighting.

* Keep precise records using our advanced computerised maintenance management system.

* Diagnose and resolve faults, always ensuring full compliance with health and safety standards.

* Collaborate closely with clients to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

* 17th, or 18th edition qualification.

* Recognised apprenticeship SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.

* Full UK driving license.

* Prior experience working within Facilities Management or Building Services
