We're looking for a Regional Sales Executive to grow our clients footprint across your territory. If you're a self-starter who can talk tech, build trust, and close with confidence, we want to hear from you.

🔥 What You'll Be Doing:

Sales & Business Development

* Work closely with the Sales Director to execute regional sales strategies

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across food production and processing sectors

* Own the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to closing

* Promote both individual machines and full-line system solutions

Client Interaction & Relationship Building

* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

* Understand customer operations to recommend tailored technical solutions

* Support client visits, product presentations, and on-site meetings

* Represent the company at trade shows and networking events

Internal Coordination & Collaboration

* Align with leadership on sales priorities and target accounts

* Coordinate with engineering, projects, and operations for seamless handovers

* Maintain accurate CRM records for contacts, activity, and opportunities

Market Insight & Reporting

* Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback

* Provide regular sales updates and insights to the Sales Director

* Contribute ideas to improve processes and customer engagement

👤 What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in B2B technical sales, ideally in capital equipment, automation, or food processing

* Strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships

* Comfortable working independently and managing your own time

* Technically minded and confident explaining complex concepts in simple terms

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

* Full, clean driving license and willingness to travel regionally
