Our amazing US law firm client is currently looking for a Professional Development & Training Coordinator to join their Professional Development team, a brand new Head of Professional Development has just been appointed and this role will give you the opportunity to have great responsibility and input into the operational aspects of the firms professional development. The coordinator will be supporting the team providing high-quality training and development programmes to Partners, Associates, Trainees and the Business Support team across the London office. The key responsibilities for this role are to coordinate attorney training programmes, including logistical aspects like creating/sending invitation, scheduling; working with presenters; creating and distributing attendance sheets and materials, liaising with others internally (e.g., conference services) and externally (e.g., training suppliers), to send out on-line evaluation forms once training is completed, collating and analysing responses, to update the infoNet and the online London training pages as needed, to provide scheduling and administrative support to practice areas to deliver technical training, to assist with cross-departmental (e.g., Tax training for transactional attorneys) and inter-office training (e.g. U.S./Asia training for London teams), coordinating across offices to avoid scheduling clashes. The core hours for this role are 9.30am – 5.30pm.
