Telemarketer / Telesales role - working for a prestigious top end Luxury Kitchen Retailer who have multiple showrooms across the UK.
c. £20K basic (£15K realistic OTE on top)
You should have a strong telemarketing / telesales / outbound sales background. Any design oriented experience is useful but not essential.
This is an exciting new concept within the company. The company are well established (40 years) & highly respected. This is not a typical call centre role or environment.
The company have received 12,000 web enquiries in the past 12 months - you will act as the first point of contact with potential new customers. Your job will be to listen to the client’s requirements, qualify them as a real prospect & 'sell’ the initial design consultation to them & finally booking them into a consultation with a Showroom based Sales Designer.Client experience is paramount to this company’s values - you must have a consultative approach & be eloquent in your delivery. You will be responding to all inbound enquiries that are not directly received in a Showroom.
THE ROLE -
- Outbound calling of web enquiries which will include brochure requests & appointment requests.
- Responding to inbound enquiries, including inbound via Crikle, Live Chat and telephone.
- Responding to Live Chat and social media enquiries.
- Providing a best in class first contact experience to all potential enquiries.
- Maximise conversion of enquiries into leads - booking the client in for an initial consultation (virtual or showroom) with a Sales Designer or, where appropriate and in line with training guidance, conducting a virtual initial consultation to qualify the enquiry through to prospect status for a Sales Designer to conduct a pre-commissioning meeting
You will receive lots of training on the products & how to deliver to the clients, as well as ongoing development training.
