About the Role:
Join a collaborative clinical team embedded in one of the UK's most progressive SEND school networks. School supports learners with a wide range of complex needs including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, sensory profiles, and social/emotional challenges.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will:

* Deliver individualised interventions shaped by assessment and formulation

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues across education and care

* Provide training and workshops to staff

* Work alongside professionals including Speech & Language Therapists, Psychologists, and Creative Therapists

* Support therapeutic living and learning environments from the inside out

What We're Looking For:

ü HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
ü Skilled in working with children and young people with complex needs
ü Confident communicator, collaborator, and trainer
ü Passionate about inclusion and neurodiversity
ü Organised, proactive, and reflective in practice
ü Committed to ongoing professional growth and evidence-based care
