Senior / Town Planner - London

I'm currently working on behalf of a highly regarded, independent planning consultancy that is looking to expand its London team with the addition of a talented Town Planner.

The Role
You'll be joining a dynamic and collaborative team, working across a broad mix of sectors including residential, commercial, mixed-use and strategic land promotion. The role offers real variety, client exposure, and the chance to play an active part in shaping developments from early-stage strategy through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals

Providing clear, commercially minded planning advice to clients

Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and consultants

Supporting on site appraisals and planning strategy work

Contributing to business development and client relationship management

About You

MRTPI qualified (or working towards it)

Experience within a consultancy or local authority environment

Strong report writing and communication skills

A proactive, client-focused mindset

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
