We are excited to be recruiting a passionate and dedicated Primary SEN Teacher (with QTS) to join one of our partner primary schools in Wythenshawe, where they are opening a brand new specialist unit for pupils with Autism (ASC) and who are non-verbal.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape a new provision from the ground up and make a meaningful impact on pupils' lives — while being on the Main Pay Scale (MPS) from your first day.

The Role:

* Teaching in a brand-new ASC specialist unit for primary-aged pupils, many of whom are non-verbal.

* Planning and delivering engaging, individualised lessons that meet the diverse needs of each pupil.

* Creating a calm, supportive, and structured learning environment.

* Working closely with support staff, parents/carers, and external professionals to help pupils thrive both academically and personally.

What We're Looking For:

* A qualified primary teacher with QTS - this is essential.

* Experience of, or a strong interest in, working with pupils with Autism and/or complex communication needs.

* Patience, creativity, and excellent communication skills.

* A nurturing, flexible approach and strong behaviour management skills.
