About the Role


This is a fantastic chance for a solicitor with 5-10 years' post-qualification experience to take on a pivotal role in our growing property litigation team. You'll handle high-profile disputes, drive business development, and work collaboratively to deliver innovative solutions for clients, including landlords, tenants, and property investors. With a supportive environment and excellent career prospects, this role offers unmatched opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload of commercial and residential property disputes, including rent recovery, possession claims, and forfeiture actions.

  • Handle enforcement of easements, rights of way, and restrictive covenants.

  • Contribute to construction disputes (experience advantageous but not essential).

  • Lead business development initiatives to attract new clients and grow the team.

  • Conduct legal research, draft documents, and represent clients in court.

  • Provide strategic case analysis and creative dispute resolution strategies.
Qualifications

  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (5-10 years PQE).

  • Proven experience in property litigation, including landlord-tenant and easement disputes.

  • Strong business development skills with a track record of generating new work.

  • Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and client communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively
