Project Manager - Edinburgh

360 Recruitment are currently assisting a leading civil engineering contractor in their search for a Project Manager in the Edinburgh area.

Our client is a family-owned business who operate nationwide. This opportunity will be supporting live and upcoming projects in the area.

The ideal candidate will come from a strong civils subcontractor background and have experience working on concrete frame projects.

Job role: Project Manager

Location: Edinburgh

Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 (dependent on years of experience, projects worked on, etc)

Project Manager Responsibilities:

Monitor & review programmes, ensuring milestones & deadlines are met.
Conduct site meetings, RAMS, permits, inspections.
Quality Management.
Work with site team to manage budgets & costs.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Strong civils subcontractor background.
Experience working on concrete frame background.
Qualified in Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management.
Ability to programme
