NJR Recruitment are actively working in Partnership with an established and growing firm of Financial Planners. Our client offers a tailored personal service from investments to retirement planning to wealth management, and they now have an exciting opportunity for a manager, to form part of the ‘Client Care’ team.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Client Care to lead a high-performing client care function within a professional services environment. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the client care team.

You will play a vital part in shaping processes, developing people, and ensuring clients receive the highest standard of support at every stage of their journey.

Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Client Care team, ensuring client needs are met promptly and effectively
  • Manage team workloads to ensure efficient and balanced task distribution
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance workflow and service delivery
  • Review and ensure all work meets the highest professional and service standards
  • Support and develop team members, driving continuous improvement and performance
  • Work collaboratively with the Head of Paraplanning, Head of Client Servicing and Head of Advice to ensure seamless operational flow
  • Leverage technology to improve efficiency and deliver professional outcomes for clients
  • Maintain oversight of outstanding and completed work to ensure full visibility and control
