What You'll Do

Conduct quantity take-offs for lighting, containment, pipework, and ductwork
Review and cost variations with guidance from senior team members
Source pricing for plant items and maintain supplier relationships
Assist with contractor valuation reviews, including site visits
Maintain detailed cost logs and support financial reporting
Contribute to cost planning across all RIBA stages

What You'll Bring

BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
Demonstrable MEP QS experience (essential)
Strong communication skills and confidence working with various stakeholders
A collaborative, proactive approach to meeting deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and CostX
