Key Duties as an SEN Teaching Assistant:

Provide tailored 1:1 or small group support for children with SEN

Help children with emotional regulation and classroom integration

Work alongside SENCOs and classroom teachers to implement support plans

Take on a vital pastoral role as an SEN Teaching Assistant

We're Looking For:

Experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or a strong desire to support SEN pupils

Confidence supporting children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH or MLD

An interest in psychology, education, or inclusive learning

Flexibility, reliability, and a nurturing approach
