Accounts Assistant
We are currently seeking a pro-active Accounts Assistant to join our team in our office within Hall Green on a full-time basis, Monday to Thurdsday 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am - 4pm, 34 hours per week. Working within a small friendly office, you will provide support to the accounting team, dealing with clerical and administrative tasks. Bright Willis is a well-established Block Management company, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. Whilst previous experience working within a property-based environment would be advantageous, this is not necessary.
Duties and responsibilities
- Checking incoming and outgoing payments for accuracy
- Managing incoming post and the accounts mailbox, ensuring that queries are resolved efficiently
- Dealing with incoming invoices
- Processing telephone card payments
- Reconciling accounting data to ensure accuracy
- Debt management
- Liaising with external parties and provided necessary documentation
- Using accounting software
- Answering and directing phone calls
- General administrative tasks
