Registered Manager - Care Sector

Location: DE1 2SX

Salary: £40,000.00 per annum

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, On Call Rota Basis to be included.

Registered Manager - About the Role:

* As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and delivering outstanding care to our clients.

* You will lead and inspire a team of care professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, dignity, and respect.

Registered Manager - Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the operational management of the care service

* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements

* Lead, support, and develop a team of care staff

* Maintain high standards of care and safeguarding practices

* Build strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders

* Manage budgets and resources effectively

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a managerial role within the care sector

* Experience of managing multiple sites preferable but not essential

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care

* Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care
