The Role

As Contracts Manager, you will have full responsibility for the safe, timely and high-quality delivery of projects across residential, commercial and external works programmes.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing several concurrent projects from start to handover

* Leading site teams and subcontractors

* Overseeing programme delivery, quality, safety and compliance

* Managing technically complex works packages

* Engaging closely with clients, design teams and stakeholders
