Building Surveyor - Planned Maintenance (Social Housing)

Location: Eastleigh-based | Covering Hampshire, West Sussex & Berkshire
Salary: £50,000+ per annum | Company Vehicle or £4,000 Car Allowance

ProGroup Recruitment are working alongside a growing, Southampton-based national maintenance contractor who are looking to onboard an experienced Building Surveyor to support their planned works team.

This role focuses primarily on social housing contracts, with occasional involvement in schools and commercial properties. It's an excellent opportunity to join a respected contractor with a strong pipeline of work across the South.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend sites to carry out pre- and post-works inspections

*

Liaise directly with end clients, providing updates on work-in-progress to the Contract Manager

*

Oversee the delivery of Kitchens & Bathrooms (K&B) refurbishments and other planned maintenance works

*

Ensure works meet contractual and quality standards

Requirements:

*

Strong background in social housing, particularly K&B contracts

*

Confident communicator with client-facing experience

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Willingness to travel across Hampshire, West Sussex, and occasionally Berkshire
