Candidates of interest will be those who are either Newly Qualified or about to qualify, or anyone with up to 2 years' PQE (although the firm may be prepared to consider candidates with more PQE subject to them having particularly desirable experience). The Role You will work on a broad range of commercial property matters, acting for a diverse client base. The role offers exposure to complex and interesting transactions, with appropriate supervision and mentoring. Your work will include:
- Acquisitions and disposals of all property types
- Commercial leases
- Business asset purchases and sales
- Joint venture agreements
- Site acquisition and development advice
- Landlord and tenant advice
- Leasehold enfranchisement
- Option agreements
- Overage and clawback agreements
- Portfolio management
- Property finance
- Residential property investment
About You - Newly Qualified - 2 years' PQE with commercial property experience (higher PQE candidates may also apply)
- Strong attention to detail with a commercial and pragmatic approach
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to work confidently as part of a close‑knit team
