SEN Teaching Assistant - Bramhall - Secondary School - September Start - £89-£100 per Day

Are you a compassionate and proactive individual passionate about supporting students with special educational needs?

A high-performing secondary school in Bramhall is looking to appoint a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to start in September 2025. This is a full-time position for the full academic year, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

You will play a vital role in supporting students with a range of needs, including autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. Working closely with the SENCO and teaching staff, you'll provide both in-class support and targeted 1:1 or small group interventions to help pupils overcome barriers to learning.

Your role will include:

Supporting pupils in lessons to access the curriculum

Delivering literacy, numeracy, and social skills interventions

Working 1:1 with students to build confidence and independence

Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour management strategies

Liaising with staff and families to ensure consistent, personalised support

Pay: £89.38 - £100 per day (dependent on experience)
