Are you an experienced Health, Safety & Environment professional looking for your next challenge?
We're recruiting for a HSE Manager to join a newly commissioned power station in Slough, where you'll play a key role in shaping and leading site-wide HSE practices.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in heavy engineering, power generation, or energy-from-waste to step into a senior, high-impact position.

✅ What you'll be doing:

Lead on all Health, Safety & Environmental matters across the site.

Develop, implement, and review HSE policies, systems, and procedures.

Conduct audits, investigations, and risk assessments.

Provide technical guidance and support to senior management.

Drive compliance and continuous improvement across ISO standards (45001, 14001, 9001).

Support outages, projects, and occasional travel to customer sites.

🎯 What we're looking for:

5+ years' HSE experience in heavy engineering (Power Generation/EfW preferred).

NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) & minimum Grad IOSH.

Strong knowledge of ISO management systems.

A proactive, pragmatic leader with excellent communication and influencing skills.

Experience in auditing and safety investigations.
