* Able to handle guest issues efficiently and make sound decisions

* Capable of demonstrating high-quality service to the team by setting good examples through great training

About you:

* Previous hotel experience

* Enthusiasm for excellent guest service

* Have a genuine passion for food and beverage

* Strong planning and organisational skills

* A flexible and hands-on approach to work

* Excellent standard of written and spoken English

* Experience in staff training
