I'm currently supporting a growing independent firm of Chartered Accountants in the West End, London who are looking to hire an Audit Senior for this permanent role. This is a great opportunity for a newly qualified or part-qualified ACA professional looking to take the next step in their audit career within a supportive and close-knit team.
What You'll Be Doing - Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion
- Preparing financial statements under UK GAAP
- Managing client relationships and addressing queries
- Supervising junior staff and reviewing their work
- Working closely with managers and partners on a varied client portfolio
- Exposure to accounts and tax work, depending on your preference
What They're Looking For - ACA qualified or part-qualified
- Experience in audit within a UK accountancy practice (3+ years ideally)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident managing audits and liaising with clients
- Keen to develop and progress in a well-rounded practice environment
