Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers by guiding them through the sales order process and educating them through product information. You must be able to ensure customer satisfaction by answering questions and responding to inquiries or requests in a timely manner while maintaining a focus on strong customer relationships. The right candidate must be dependable, a strong team player, enthusiastic, a quick learner and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good customer service and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and phone etiquette
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and experience with Mas 200 is a plus
- Strong team skills
- Increase customer knowledge of our product offerings
