They are looking to appoint a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support a strong pipeline of commercial and industrial projects.

Duties for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst include:* Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys in line with HSG264* Undertake air monitoring, four-stage clearances, and personal monitoring* Work across commercial, industrial, and domestic sites* Produce accurate and compliant survey and analytical reports* Ensure all work complies with UKAS and HSE guidance* Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams

Skills and experience for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst:* BOHS P402, P403, and P404 qualifications (or equivalent)* Proven experience in a dual role within a UKAS accredited consultancy* Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and compliance standards* Good IT skills and report writing ability* Excellent attention to detail* Strong communication and organisational skills* Ability to work independently* Full UK driving licence
