The Role

• Deliver a range of professional and project-focused building surveying services

• Carry out surveys, defect analysis, technical due diligence, and maintenance reports

• Manage refurbishment and fit-out schemes from inception to completion

• Prepare specifications, tender documentation, and administer contracts

• Build and maintain client relationships through consistent, high-quality service

• Support and mentor junior surveyors where appropriate

Requirements

• Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS)

• Consultancy or client-side experience preferred

• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness

• Excellent communication and reporting skills

• Motivated, professional, and client-focused
