In this role, you'll support the Store Manager in driving commercial success, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and developing a large team of sales associates. Assistant Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in leading and motivating a large team of associates

• Drive sales performance and contribute to achieving a multi-million turnover target

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create an engaging shopping experience
