We are excited to be working with a well-established, high-quality retailer to recruit a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead a flagship store in Cheltenham.

Known for offering premium products across lifestyle, homeware, clothing, and dining, this business also takes pride in a nationally recognised workplace culture that celebrates wellbeing, teamwork and trust.

We are looking for a seasoned retail professional with experience managing large-format, high-turnover stores and a strong track record of achieving commercial success through operational excellence.

You will be a skilled people leader with a coaching style that promotes development, teamwork, and a positive store culture.

Key Duties:

* Overseeing multiple departments including Leisure, Seasonal, Pets, and Food

* Maintain top-tier standards in visual merchandising, service delivery, and presentation

* Manage operational targets including sales, staffing, budgets, and stock

* Champion customer satisfaction and ensure smooth in-store experiences

* Empower a collaborative management team and develop talent across all levels

* Implement systems and processes that drive efficiency and continuous improvement
