Perspecta has an immediate need for an Enterprise Technology Consultant, located in Quantico, VA. Job Description Be a proactive influencer, consultant, and trusted advisor in decision making for Perspecta and our client by providing leadership, direction, and vision for the project Successfully communicate the steps needed to meet the client’s mission with respect to Modernization of Policy related to the Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN) architecture This position will work as a liaison between Perspecta and the Marine Corps leadership, providing executive level briefs and presentations at the CXO level Working closely with Architects and Network Engineers, assess the inventory of Enterprise level hardware (routers, switches), cyber security appliances, servers, circuits, and software/applications to assess their impact level to modernize the MCEN and affect the planning, programming, budget, and execution process Provide recommended hardware, software, facilities, and circuits for enterprise network modernization Assist government in developing appropriate enterprise service policy documents Assist the government to assess and develop an Enterprise Service Policy process and product that matures how the USMC integrates its change, Service Asset Configuration Management (SACM), release & deployment, incident and problem management, and establish a capacity and availability process to support the functional technical baseline effort Qualifications Education and Experience Required Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance 5 years of experience with IT Project Management This position requires relevant Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN) experience Ideal candidate has experience interacting and/or presenting at an executive level PMP, Lean Six Sigma, and/or Agile certification is preferred Must have strong customer service skills, along with a general understanding of related technologies
