Our client is a well-established contractor working across Civils, Groundworks, and General Building projects. With a strong reputation for delivering quality work and long-term partnerships, they are now looking to expand their commercial team with the addition of a Quantity Surveyor - All levels considered.

The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Quantity Surveyor at any stage of their career — from trainee through to senior. The successful candidate will join a supportive team environment where training and professional development are available.

You will be involved in:

Preparing and managing project costs and budgets.

Assisting with tenders, contracts, and procurement.

*

Monitoring and reporting on project progress and financial performance.

*

Liaising with site teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Ensuring accurate valuations and payments.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction.

*

Background with either a Subcontractor or Main Contractor will be considered.

*

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

*

Good communication and negotiation skills.

*

A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and progress.
