Electrical Project Manager

Location: HQ-based (Sleaford area) with travel as required
Salary: Negotiable (DOE)
Position: Full-time

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial electrical installations from initial planning through to completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities

*

Manage electrical projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.

*

Liaise with clients, supply chain partners, delivery teams and senior management.

*

Oversee Health & Safety compliance with support from the QHSE Manager.

*

Manage project finances including procurement and cost control.

*

Prepare RAMS and ensure safe systems of work are implemented.

*

Lead and coordinate installation teams and subcontractors.

*

Resolve technical, installation and access issues on site.

*

Develop and maintain project programmes and schedules.

*

Complete and submit as-installed and handover documentation.

The Ideal Candidate

*

Proven experience managing commercial and/or industrial electrical projects.

*

Strong knowledge of electrical design and installation processes.

*

18th Edition qualified (essential).

*

C&G Level 3 qualified.

*

2391 Test & Inspection and/or HNC/HND (advantageous).

*

Valid ECS/CSCS card and Full UK Driving Licence.

*

Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
