Mechanical Design Engineers

Our client - one of the UK's leading renewable energy contractors - is experiencing further significant growth and they're urgently looking for Mechanical Design Engineers to join their teams in London (Holborn), Blackburn, and Glasgow.

Roles available:

Intermediate Design Engineers

*

Senior Design Engineers

*

Principal Design Engineers

What you'll do:

*

Work on projects from concept through to detailed design

*

Design heating systems, energy centres, trigeneration solutions, and heat pumps

*

Carry out site visits, surveys, client meetings, and presentations

*

Handle calculations, equipment selection, schematics, and drawings

*

Keep an eye on costs and resolve design issues

*

Ensure compliance with safety and in-house standards

*

Support tendering with mechanical specifications

What you'll need:

*

HNC/HND (minimum) in Mechanical, Building Services, or similar; degree preferred

*

Experience in one or more areas: Building Services, CHP, Boilers/Heating, HVAC, Steam, Cooling, Renewable Energy (solar, heat pumps, etc.)

*

AutoCAD skills

*

Full UK manual driving licence
