Your new role

You will be assisting with the management and development of the Housing, Care Support service to ensure that it meets the person-centred needs of the citizens. You'll be ensuring a high level of service standards and performance through the monitoring of service outcomes, acting to secure improvements as identified and making sure that all care plans are followed. As delegated by the Manager, you will be tasked with providing effective management of staff including supervision, annual appraisal and identification of training needs, this includes helping with the induction of new staff.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to use the experience you have working in care with individuals with specific needs, such as learning disabilities in adults and personal care. This client is looking for a minimum of 2 years as well as the NVQ Lvl 3 in Social Care.
