This well-established law firm is looking to bolster its business-to-business conveyancing team and is looking for a (likely) unqualified conveyancer with at least one year’s experience handling their own caseload

The Role: 

• Manage your own conveyancing caseload from start to finish 
• Clients will include banks, charities & corporations (and occasionally individuals) 
• Review & draft key documentation, due diligence & manage completion formalities 
• Prepare title reports, searches and send inquiries 
• Work with and manage assistants within the team

• You do not need to be qualified to apply for this vacancy
• Experienced paralegals, fee earners, lawyers or fully/part qualified legal executives are welcome to apply  
• You'll need 1+ years’ experience handling your own busy conveyancing caseload
