Job Duties:

Provide support and assistance to individuals in a healthcare setting
Assist with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Offer emotional support and companionship to individuals
Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities
Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals

Required Qualifications:

Valid DBS check
Previous experience in a similar role
Good communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Understanding of health and safety regulations

Education:

Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent

Experience:

Prior experience in a healthcare or support role

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of basic healthcare procedures
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy
Organisational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
First Aid certification
Preferred Driver with access to a Vehicle

Working Conditions:
