ACCOUNT MANAGER - BAY AREA, CA -(WILL WORK FROM HOME OFFICE)
•Well-funded engineering company headquartered in Salt Lake City, UT, needs Account Manager in the Bay Area, CA to oversee and manage the Customer Relationship of major large clients. This company offers custom engineering solutions at component levels.
•Will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships with key client executives and stakeholders. Will act as liaison between client and corporate executives and engineers to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs.
•Must have previous experience with large, global, Fortune 100 companies (i.e., Apple, Amazon, etc.), plus knowledge of consumer electronics and understanding of high volume manufacturing.
•Duties include: Serve as lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the account. Develop a long lasting, trusted advisor relationship. Communicate clearly monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Oversee the progress, successful completion and timely delivery of all projects. Identify and grow opportunities and collaborate with client and corporate sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
•Individual should excel at the following: Demonstrate the ability to communicate and present credibly and effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to manage multiple projects. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Reports to Chief Sales Officer (CSO).
•3-7 years account management or other relevant experience.
•BS/BA degree or equivalent.
