  • Hours: 36 hours per week (Hybrid - 3 days per week in Merton)

Join our South London Housing team as a Resident Liaison Officer. This dynamic role involves delivering responsive services to our customers, managing various projects, and supporting potentially vulnerable customers. You will be instrumental in ensuring effective communication and service delivery to our residents, reflecting our commitment to prioritising their needs and views.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Participate in the sign-up and needs assessment of customers during the handover of Regeneration properties.
  • Ensure effective resolution of complaints and support customers during service restoration activities.
  • Organise and deliver estate events, enhancing community engagement.
  • Facilitate and coordinate responses to customer inquiries by collaborating with the Neighbourhood Response team, Customer Service team, and Response team.
  • Attend offices and residents' homes as required, with the flexibility to support regular home working.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a liaison or customer service role within a housing association or similar environment.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in handling sensitive situations involving vulnerable customers is highly desirable.
