As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in empowering residents to live fulfilling lives and supporting them in their daily routines and activities. You will join a supportive and experienced team who truly value the work they do.

Key responsibilities:

• Support residents with daily living skills and personal care.
• Encourage independence and promote choice.
• Assist with social, recreational, and therapeutic activities.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and families.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a care or support setting (preferred but not essential).
• A caring and compassionate personality.
• Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work shifts including some weekends.
