The Best Connection are currently looking for Hygiene Operatives; to carry out various duties in and around site.

The client is based in Swillington in Leeds, you'll work across the production area and be responsible for ensuring that all machines, the environment and the building meet strict standards of hygiene at all times.

The roles will suit candidates who have worked for a small or medium company and are willing to work in a hands-on varied role. Experience within a similar role working within a food manufacturing environment is desired.

Duties will include:

• Carrying out scheduled daily cleaning tasks
• Cleaning of processing equipment and production lines to meet required standards, measured through swabbing
• Deep cleaning of production areas
• Post cleaning checks to make sure everything has been completed properly
• Making sure that everything you do complies with company procedures for Health & Safety and Hygiene
• Ensuring that your cleaning and personal protective equipment are functioning correctly at all times
• The ability to work effectively under pressure of time
• Reporting any incidents or environmental concerns to your line manager.

Hours: Night 10pm - 4am Monday to Friday (30 hours per week).

Pay: £13.25 per hour

This role is temp top perm for the right candidate.

The suitable candidate must be available for potential weekend shifts.

Own transport is required due to the location and shift times.
