We are seeking an experienced Joinery Manager to lead the workshop operations for a well-established, highly respected specialist contractor renowned for delivering high-quality bespoke joinery and heritage restoration projects across the South East.

The Role:

As Joinery Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing a team of skilled bench joiners and workshop staff, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the joinery workshop. You'll manage production schedules, quality control, health & safety, and contribute to the development of efficient, high-standard craftsmanship that supports prestigious heritage and high-end residential projects.
