A new and exciting opportunity for a talented and creative
Menswear /Boyswear Designer, this is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established young fashion supplier.
Designing commercial on trend fashion apparel, you will have an innovative approach and enjoy working closely with customers and design team.
You must have a strong Men’s and Older Boy’s aged 10 years + design background strong on print and graphics, a commercial trend lead portfolio and a versatile fashion handwriting to meet the needs of their customers.
Excellent CAD skills are also a must and a strong background in shape print and graphics for high street looking at high street multiples and supermarkets with either a UK supplier or retailer.
You will be working with both the Head of Design and a Senior Designer and must have already had at least 1 role at either Assistant Designer or Junior Designer with a supplier or high street retailer or brand.
You will have.
- Degree in Fashion Design with a minimum of 2 years industry experience
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Office, and experienced in Adobe Illustrator with a good understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communicator with attention to detail, and confident presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently but also as part of a team, with willingness to take direction, and eager to learn.
- Ability to liaise with buyers and factories.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Must be eligible to work in UK.
