  Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the lead educators in delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities

  • Assist in creating a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children

  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff

  • Observe and record children's progress, contributing to their developmental profiles

  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures
