·Undertaking appraisals

So what will you be doing?

* Manage reception rota and holiday requests

* Use our computerised telephone system to answer and filter volume incoming calls

* Co-ordinate, book and prepare meeting rooms

* Ensure maintenance of reception areas and meeting rooms

Requirements:

* You have client facing experience in an office environment (essential)

* You have experience leading a team

* You have proven exceptional customer service and communication skills

* You are confident, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
