The Role:
As a Reception Teacher at our school, you will play a key role in shaping the educational journey of our youngest learners. You will inspire a love of learning, foster curiosity, and create an engaging and supportive environment where children feel safe to explore and grow. Your responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering engaging, play-based lessons that follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

Supporting the development of key skills such as literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional growth.

Fostering positive relationships with children, families, and staff to create a strong sense of community.

*

Observing and assessing children's progress, providing valuable feedback to parents and colleagues.

*

Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages independent learning and exploration.

Collaborating with other teachers and support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for all children.

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

*

Experience teaching in an Early Years setting (Reception experience is preferred).

A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to high standards of teaching.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with parents, children, and colleagues.

Creativity and enthusiasm for planning and delivering play-based learning experiences.

A nurturing and empathetic approach, with a focus on developing children's emotional and social well-being.

The ability to work collaboratively in a team to share ideas and best practices.
