A fantastic opportunity has arisen in the Luton area for an experienced and highly motivated Home Manager to lead and develop a fully CQC compliant care home.

The service provides specialist care to their elderly residents with physical and sensory impairment related frailties.
Details of this Home Manager position and what the home is offering:

A permanent, full-time contract for 40 hours per week on day shifts

The opportunity to lead and develop a fully CQC compliant homeAs Home Manager, you will coordinate and oversee the day to day running of the home, ensuring a cost-effective and efficient service that doesn't compromise on quality of care or life. You will deliver effective clinical leadership and line management to the clinical and non-clinical teams in addition to managing budgets and resources.

NMC Registered Nurse Qualified Adult Nurse/RGN
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills and an effective leader
